Yoga

This class invigorates the body and calms the mind.

Starting with mobility and grounding, we then speed up the flow to get heat into the body. Each week will have a different focus (balance, flexibility etc). We work to music to help you feel at home in your flow.

No need to bring a mat as all equipment is provided.

West End Workout

This is a dance fitness class for beginners and upwards. In this class we will be doing simple dance moves to help you tone up and stay in shape. All welcome, especially those who have never danced before. If you are looking for a fun way to keep fit then this is the class for you!

Ballet Workout

This is not a ballet class, so don't worry if you're not a dancer. In this class we use traditional ballet moves to tone and sculpt your body. No experience needed whatsoever, come and try something new, your bum muscles will know about it!
