Class Description

Led by pro dancer and choreographer Kade Ferraiolo; this is a really fun way to stay fit and be expressive. Barre is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 50-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music. Barre is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Without the traditional barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body’s stability and strength becomes the focus. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.

Class Passes: As per terms and conditions, if 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation you will not receive your Class Pass back. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice your Class Pass will be returned to your account to use for a future class. Please bear in mind the pass expiry date will not be extended. No refunds on Class Passes once purchased. Courses: All courses are non refundable nor can the booking be transferred to a different course or class.
