Class Description

If you’re new to yoga this course is perfect for you. We will break down the practice in a slow pace, look into key postures, pranayama, meditation techniques and demystify Sanskrit. You will be able to ask questions and get familiar and comfortable in a yoga studio environment. (Scientifically proven to Improve Core Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Bone Density, Relief From Anxiety/ Stress) This course commences on Wednesday 13th March running for 4 weeks. Cancellations: Please note once booked this course is non refundable nor can the booking be transferred to a different course or class.

Class Passes: As per terms and conditions, if 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation you will not receive your Class Pass back. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice your Class Pass will be returned to your account to use for a future class. Please bear in mind the pass expiry date will not be extended.
