We're a small, independent wellness hub offering a variety of sessions. We run weekly classes at our studio on the top floor of Pudsey House, LS28 7BE. We also run outreach programmes working closely with local schools, charities, and care homes where our goal is to benefit the local community of Pudsey.
Yoga without the pretence.
I firmly believe that yoga is for everyone, not an exclusive club. I will always endeavour to make you feel welcome in my class where there's never any judgement.
Community.
I teach chair yoga/dance in care homes and for charities, and
musical theatre dance and yoga afterschool clubs in local schools
Dance for fun.
I offer dance fit classes where my only rule is that you're kind to yourself. It doesn't matter if you've got 2 left feet, let's sweat together and have some fun.

Hello, my name is Kade and I am a yoga enthusiast and professional dancer having worked in West End musicals for over 15 years (Mamma Mia, We We Will Rock You, and Aladdin to name a few).
It's my ambition to spread good vibes, encouraging you to be kind to yourself and always leave you feeling better after one of my sessions.
